Volunteer At South Prairie

We welcome parent and community volunteers! All volunteers must submit paperwork to the school district office and pass a background check. This process can take up to two weeks, so please plan accordingly if you would like to be a chaperon or a helper in the building. Unfortunately, no exceptions can be made to this policy. Student safety is always our top priority.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR SOUTH PRAIRIE SCHOOL

  • Support the librarian

  • Fill book bags for individual teachers

  • Correct papers for individual teachers

  • Make copies

  • Laminate materials

  • Become a SMART volunteer

  • Support during small reading groups

  • Help on picture days

  • Represent parents on the Site Council (monthly mtgs.)

  • Put up and take down bulletin boards for teachers

  • Share an area of expertise with staff or students.

Voluntario en South Prairie

Damos la bienvenida a los padres y voluntarios de la comunidad! Todos los voluntarios deben presentar documentación a la oficina del distrito y pasar una verificación de antecedentes.   11. Compartir una área de experiencia con el personal o estudiantes
